These terms were last updated on 13 October 2026, and they cover use of quantumnerds.com. The privacy notice and the accessibility statement sit beside them.

The site

Quantum Nerds publishes six notes, a dictionary, ten one-qubit puzzles, an archive of those resources, and the games Qubit Factory, Which Gate, Which Algorithm, Which Measurement, Which State, Which Matrix and Which Outcome. Nothing on the site is for sale, and using a page does not create an account or a contract to buy anything.

The notes are teaching text about the sums, and they are not a course enrolment or advice for a machine you are building. Study material is published separately on Quantum Computing Courses.

The writing and the games

The notes, the dictionary, the puzzle, the archive, the code, Qubit Factory, Which Gate, Which Algorithm, Which Measurement, Which State, Which Matrix and Which Outcome are published by Hadamard LLC, which keeps the rights in them. You may quote a short passage if you name Quantum Nerds and link to the page.

Please do not copy a note, a picture or a game onto another site. The pictures on the front page were made for this site, and they are not portraits of real people.

Other sites

Links to Quantum Zeitgeist, Entangled Future, Quantum Computing Courses, Quantum Tycoon and quantum.org.uk leave this site. Those sites have their own terms, and this page does not govern them.

Using the pages

Do not attack the site, and do not use hello@quantumcomputingcourses.com for anything other than a message to the desk. The puzzle and the game run in your browser, and a result you copy is yours to share.

Liability

The sums are written with care, and a mistake is corrected when it is found. There is no warranty that a note is complete, or that the site will be available without interruption.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any right that applicable law does not allow a contract to waive. Subject to that, Hadamard LLC is not liable for loss that comes from relying on a note or from the site being unavailable.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
