The two of them

About the nerds

Keith is the one in the propeller hat. He gets excited, letters posters before the sum is finished, and has to be talked down. Malcolm keeps graph paper in his hand and will not let a pretty sentence stand in for an amplitude. Each shirt has a pocket protector, with the pens clipped where a hand can find them. Between them a wrong idea can be said out loud and then repaired, which is more useful than a narrator who was never wrong.

The room is a home-computer bedroom of 1984, with beige plastic, a green screen, graph paper, a floppy disk and a red pen.

Quantum Nerds does not run news, and it does not keep a company directory. The industry is written up on Quantum Zeitgeist, a company is profiled on Entangled Future, and the courses sit on Quantum Computing Courses. The games are Qubit Factory, Which Gate, Which Algorithm, Which Measurement, Which State, Which Matrix and Which Outcome, on this site, and Quantum Tycoon.

Keith and Malcolm live in the sentences, and the people in the photos on the front page are not them. The desk publishes the six notes, the dictionary, the puzzles, Qubit Factory, Which Gate, Which Algorithm, Which Measurement, Which State, Which Matrix and Which Outcome. The archive files those together, and mail for the desk goes to hello@quantumcomputingcourses.com.
