Privacy

This notice was last updated on 12 October 2026, and it applies to quantumnerds.com. The terms and the accessibility statement sit beside it.

Who is responsible

Hadamard LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company operates Quantum Nerds from the United States. The registered office is 1309 Coffeen Avenue, Suite 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, and the company site is hadamard2.com.

Questions about this notice, and requests about your information, go to hello@quantumcomputingcourses.com. That inbox also answers Quantum Computing Courses, because both sites are run by Hadamard LLC, and a message sent here is not added to a mailing list.

A visit to the site

The pages are static files served by Google Firebase Hosting. Google processes the IP address, the browser type, the page requested and the time, so the page can be delivered and the service can be protected from abuse.

We use those logs to run the site and to protect it from abuse. This site does not keep its own copy of them, and Google keeps them under its hosting arrangements, which are described at policies.google.com/privacy.

Hadamard LLC handles the logs, and any email you send, in the United States. If you visit from outside the United States, that information is still handled there.

Email

If you email hello@quantumcomputingcourses.com, we receive your address and whatever you wrote. We use that message to reply to you, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

We keep the message while we are dealing with it, and for as long after that as we need a record of what was asked. You can ask us to delete it sooner, unless the law requires the record to be kept.

The message is not passed to a sponsor, and it is not added to a letter. The Propeller page does not collect an address.

What stays on your device

Qubit Factory, the game in the arcade, keeps a few settings and records in local storage on your device. It remembers whether the sound and keyboard shortcuts are on, which exhibits you have opened, whether you have seen its opening screen, the circuit and orders on your workbench, your current run and a leaderboard of your own past scores.

That storage is part of running the game you opened, and it is not sent to us. The leaderboard lists only scores made in your own browser. The game also tells this page how tall its frame should be and how many exhibits you have seen, and those messages stay in the browser.

The six arcade quizzes keep one number each in local storage, your best score, so the quiz screen and the hall of fame on the arcade page can show it. That number is not sent to us, and clearing your browser's site data removes it.

The puzzles keep one record in local storage, the fewest gates you used on each puzzle you have solved, so the number buttons can mark it. They do not store the gates you press. If you copy the share grid, the copy goes to your clipboard because you pressed the button, and we do not receive it.

Which Gate, Which Algorithm, Which Measurement, Which State, Which Matrix and Which Outcome show the score for a round on the screen. Apart from the best score, none of those games writes the round into storage.

The dictionary filter runs in the browser while you type. If you submit the search, the word is placed in the page address, so a hosting log of that address can include the word.

What we do not do

There is no account, no analytics cookie and no advertising script. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

The site sets no cookie of its own, which is why it does not ask you to accept a banner. The type on the pages is stored with the site, so a font service does not see the visit.

The pictures on the front page were made for the site. They are not photographs of real people.

Your rights

You can email us to ask what personal information we hold about you, to ask for a correction, or to ask us to delete it. We reply to that request, and asking does not change how the site treats you.

Email hello@quantumcomputingcourses.com, and we aim to reply within 45 days. That address is also the security contact published for this site.

If you live in California, you can use the same address to ask what personal information we collected and to ask us to delete it. We do not sell personal information, and we will not treat you differently for asking.

The site does not ask for a name or an age, and it is not directed at children under 13. If you tell us that a child sent an email, we will delete that message.
